We had a fantastic time visiting Tenterden Primary Federation<\/span> at their Walking Bus launch.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We were particularly excited to hear about their \u2018create a logo\u2019 competition. The winning logos by Oliver in Year 2 and Elias in Year 5 will appear on the \u2018bus stops\u2019 and runner up logos will be made into badges for the walking children to wear. Well done to them!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We discussed the benefits of walking to school and the children loved that the bus made them <\/a>feel part of the community, gave them time to talk to their friends and make new ones, the fresh air is good for them and not using cars is good for the environment too. Clever kids!
