Buster Bug was excited to start the new academic year with a visit to Archbishop Courtenay Primary School!\u00a0 Thanks to funding support from Maidstone Dawn Patrol Rotary Club, Archbishop Courtenay pupils will be starting Buster’s Book Club and reading lots of books; magazines and comics at home to log their reading ‘minutes’.<\/div>\n

Pupils joined in a reading of ‘Hairy Maclary from Donaldson’s Dairy’ by Lynley Dodd, which is a favourite of Camilla, Queen Consort as well as learning that Queen Elizabeth enjoyed Dick Francis novels.\u00a0 A quick hands up survey showed, books, comics and recipes were high on the pupils’ own favourites to enjoy.<\/div>\n
